Since 2013 LowCountry Alliance for Healthy Youth has been licensed to adapt and implement the "Talk. They Hear You" Campaign locally.
"Talk. They Hear You." aims to reduce underage drinking and substance use among youths under the age of 21 by helping parents/caregivers learn how to turn common situations into opportunities to talk with children and teens about alcohol, drugs, and other substances.
